Strength School Malta welcomes all children, whether they’re sports enthusiasts or simply energetic kids looking for a fun activity. Every young person benefits from better movement skills, and our programmes are designed to deliver exactly that in a warm, encouraging setting.
We focus exclusively on building strength, speed and power in age-appropriate ways; you won’t find marathon runs or exhaustive endurance drills here. Our coaches foster a positive environment where young participants learn to love exercise and feel proud of their progress. The techniques and good habits learned in our programmes will serve your child for years to come.
Programmes by Age
Ages 4–7: Active Start
Playful games and activities build coordination, balance and basic motor skills. Kids hop, crawl and climb without external weights to develop a love for movement.
Ages 8–11: Building the Basics
Kids build on fundamental movement skills and start learning structured strength exercises using light resistance like bands and broomsticks. Speed and agility drills framed as games develop quickness and power.
Ages 12–15: Strength & Skill
Training becomes more structured and challenging. Teens learn proper form in foundational lifts like squats, deadlifts and presses, starting with PVC pipes or empty bars and gradually adding weight.
Ages 16–18: Peak Youth Performance
This group bridges the gap between youth and adult programmes. Older teens engage in more intense strength and power training under careful supervision, building full-body strength and explosive athleticism.
Youth Strength Classes (9–15)
Combined sessions for ages 9–15 that build movement skills, strength and confidence with expert coaching.
