This group bridges the gap between youth and adult programmes. Older teens engage in more intense strength and power training under careful supervision, building full-body strength and explosive athleticism.
Classes introduce age-appropriate exercises, games and drills to develop strength, speed and coordination in a safe, encouraging setting.
Our coaches design periodised programmes that incorporate Olympic lifts, plyometrics, heavy sled pushes and sport-specific drills. Emphasis is placed on technique, speed of movement and learning how to generate force efficiently.
Teens also learn about programming principles, goal setting and recovery strategies so they’re prepared to transition into adult training. Leadership and mentoring opportunities help them build confidence and become role models for younger athletes.
